A name, phone number, or address entered into a search form is sent to the third-party service that supplies those results; our own servers do not keep a copy of the query. If you contact us, we receive the message and details you choose to include and use them to answer.
Routine Technical Logs
Our host may record an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and time stamps. Aggregate review helps with reliability and shows which resources receive attention. Basic analytics or advertising measurement may also use cookies or similar tools where they are enabled.
How We Use It
The purposes are modest: run the pages, diagnose faults, count general traffic, and improve the reference. We do not sell a visitor list or create an individual profile from ordinary use.

Links lead to Solano County and California portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search tools. Once you leave these pages, the destination's privacy policy controls what it receives. Sponsored results are supplied by an outside company and follow its own terms.

Security and Retention
The connection is encrypted, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes described above. Because there are no user accounts, this service does not hold a password or account profile that could be exposed here.
People Under 18
The reference is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from a person under 18; if a minor's details were sent to us, contact us so we can remove them.
Your California Privacy Choices
California's Consumer Privacy Act and related amendments provide rights that can include access, correction, deletion, and opting out of sale or sharing, subject to exceptions. The data-broker definition in Civil Code ยง1798.99.80(c) does not turn a public agency into a data broker merely because it maintains an official record. Since this service keeps little, a request normally means checking the contact mailbox and relevant logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Public records held by California, Solano County, or Suisun City remain under their custodians; removal or correction requests belong with the office that created the record.
